Baptism - Apnea initiation course Costa Blanca JULY AND AUGUST

For those who have never done freediving before and would like to try the world of freediving, we recommend taking a baptism.

The "baptism of apnea" is the indicated course for those who are curious to get closer to apnea, and yet have not decided to take a complete course.

During this course you will discover the wonderful underwater world and its charms from the purest form of diving.

Course Breakdown:

1. A theory session: physiology, breathing, and safety systems.
   
2. A practical breathing and relaxation session for apnea.
   
   
3. Sea session: We will travel by boat to one of our usual points where we will take out the buoys and put into practice everything we learned in class.

This course corresponds to the first part of the level 2 course. If after baptism you would like to continue with the level 2 course.

• Course duration: 1 morning (approximately 4-5 hours)
  
  
• Theoretical class 1.30 to 2:00h
  
  
• Relaxation and breathing workshop 30 minutes
  

• Stretching 30 minutes
  
  
• Experience at sea 1:30 to 2:00h

Requirements:

Be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent).

Includes: Freediving equipment, boat transfers, insurance during the course and attendance diploma.
