We have prepared an experience in which we want you to reconnect with yourself through Breath and Sound and awaken your senses through an Ayurvedic Sattvic Dinner cooked by the Chef Francisco Basilio.
The breathwork will be held by Luis Brito and his Breaking Breath technique and the Soundjourney will be immersive with reactive real-time visuals powered by @muarts.tech and @h2h.tech Immersive Wellness Clinic. This evening experience will be held at Quinta Maria Helena, a beautiful space surrounded by the nature in Sesimbra.
