Get ready for a long weekend of profound transformation of mind, soul and body.
From September 22 to 25 we return to our lake house in Castelo do Bode, Portugal to spend 4 days and 3 nights of adventure, well-being and community.
This is not a luxury retreat, it is an experience of reconnecting with your inner child through nature, extreme sports (wakeboarding, wakesurfing, yoga sessions, gastronomic experiences with a tropical touch and mental health therapies and music. .
You will receive wakeboarding and wakesurfing classes with 2-time vice world champion, 9-time national champion and European champion Chico Lopes.
Yoga sessions, focused on working on the physical and mental blockages that block us from connecting with our wildest, girlish and adventurous part.
We will do paddle boarding routes around the lake, meditation sessions and open circles where we will talk about our limitations, empower ourselves and create a family.
We will have a team of experienced therapists and facilitators to guide you in this self-discovery:
The retreat includes:
- Wakeboard and wakesurf classes (all levels). If you feel like more , Chico Lopes will teach you how to do tricks.

How to get:
Castelo Do Boda is two hours from Lisbon.
We will have transportation service to and from Lisbon on the 22nd and returning on September 25th.
Price: 25 euros per person, per trip (limited places).
The closest bus station to the Kuruva house is Ferreira do Zezere, if you arrive there by bus from Lisbon or another place in Portugal, we will pick you up at the station.
